By accessing or using capytrips.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By creating an account or using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is free and optional. You may browse the Site without registering.

To create an account, you may sign up with an email address and password, or use a supported third-party provider (Google or GitHub).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abuse.

4. Account Data and Saved Content

When you create an account, we store your email address, authentication data, and content you choose to save (cities and comparisons). This data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your personal data, saved cities, saved comparisons, and marketing preferences from our systems.

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site's security or functionality
• Circumvent rate limits, bot protection, or other security measures
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without permission
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or abuse features
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information

We may restrict or terminate access at our discretion if misuse occurs.

6. Content, Rankings, and Recommendations Disclaimer

The Site provides travel-related information, city recommendations, rankings, comparisons, and summaries for informational purposes only.

Some recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.

Rankings and "best of" lists are generated using data, trends, algorithms, and editorial judgment. Rankings may change over time and do not represent guarantees or endorsements.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific travel decision. You should independently verify important details such as pricing, availability, safety conditions, entry requirements, and local regulations.

7. Affiliate Disclosure and Third-Party Booking Relationships

The Site contains affiliate links to third-party travel services, including but not limited to Viator and Booking.com, as well as other partners that may be added in the future.

We may earn a commission if you click an affiliate link or complete a booking, at no additional cost to you.

We do not own, operate, or control third-party booking platforms or travel providers. We do not process payments, confirm reservations, or provide customer service for bookings. All pricing, availability, cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment are handled solely by the third-party provider.

8. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

When you leave the Site via an affiliate or external link, you are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the third-party provider.

We are not responsible for:

• Booking errors, pricing changes, or availability issues
• Cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks

You may delete your account at any time from the Travel Hub account settings. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you, except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is required to protect the Site or other users.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
